Hafsa Shahid is a psychologist at Willing Ways, Lahore. She has obtained her Master degree from Queen Marry College Lahore. During this span she has visited certain institutes like Services, Jinnah, Gangaram, PIMH, CMH, fountain house, for the study and observation of clinical psychology and biological basis of behavior.
Right after completion of Master Degree, she started internship in Services Hospital Lahore from 1st Sep 2018 – 1st March 2019.
During this period she has attended several constructive workshops that include:

2. Autism spectrum disorder
3. Mood disorders
5. Personality disorders
6. Conduct disorder
7. Speech problems
She has also worked with speech therapist in Services Hospital, Lahore from 1st Nov 2018 to 1st Dec 2018. There she designed interesting games to improve the communication skills of affected children.
On World mental health day, on 10th October 2018, she delivered a speech in Services Hospital on ‘suicide prevention’. There she talked about the understanding of suicide, Myths about suicide, warning signs of suicide, and suicide prevention tips.
In 08th January 2019, she has attended a workshop on neurological disorders in General hospital, Lahore.
Being a psychologist, she has studied human behavior and mental thought processes through systematic observation. Ensuring the mental well-being of people is one of the sole functional areas and responsibility of a psychologist she believes.
Her aim is to be a distinguished psychologist that’s why she went for this subject right after her matriculation and started studying depression, trauma, anxiety, sleep disorders, schizophrenia.
This might the reason that she has always secured good grades in Psychology.
She works as motivational trainer, help to build organizational skills and help patients cope with stress, thus offering their services to help shape human personalities.
