Naila Aziz is currently working in Willing Ways Pakistan as a Clinical Psychologist. She has done BS (Generic), basic medical and health sciences from Allama Iqbal Medical College and got distinction form University of Health Sciences Lahore. Then she completed her M.Sc Psychology from Bhuddin Zikrya University. Now, she is enrolled in MS, clinical Psychology, in Ripha International Islamic University, Lahore.
Along with her education, she joined Jinnah Hospital as an internee for one year. This time duration allowed her to gain insights about clinical practices which include patient health management, community health management, medicine administration and vital signs management. Afterwards, she was serving as demonstrator Allama Iqbal Medical College, there she taught anatomy and physiology. Later she joined Shukat Khannum Memorial Hospital for three years where she gained expertise over chemotherapy administration, CPR management, first aid management; along with infection control, wounds management, blood transfusion management, cancer care management, vital signs monitoring and their emergency management. She holds command over communication with palliative patients and people suffering from chronic diseases. She also got the opportunity to deal with patients suffering from psychological illness like depression, anxiety and chronic stress.
During her time in Shukat Khannum, she developed interest in the field of psychology. She perused her career and now progressing to become an effective clinical psychologist. She believes to serve human kind and aims to harness her moral values.
