Salma Basharat, a hard working, motivated girl with a great zest for life, is amongst our esteemed team of psychologists, here at Willing Ways. Her areas of interest are mainly relationship counseling and addiction counseling.
She is working with indoor as well as outdoor patients simultaneously with the aim of making difference in someone`s life and committed to the well being and restoration of her clients, facilitating them to evolve in a more tender way.
She has completed her MSC in Behavioral Sciences from Fatima Jinnah Women University after completing her BSC in Botany, Zoology and Psychology. She did her 6 weeks internship in psychiatric ward of Benazir Bhutto hospital. Despite her passion for psychology, she has indulged in diverse range of activities/ hobbies and formed affiliations. She has been a debater since her school life and represented her university on different platforms.
She was also affiliated with campus radio for two years, conducted weekly programs which boosted her communication skills to great peaks. She is one of those intelligent students who were awarded a certificate of appreciation from the Honorable Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif.
With every passing day in willing ways her interest in psychology is enhancing, along with her professional growth she has groomed herself in enormous ways. She takes immense inspiration and direction from Dr. Sadaqat Ali and the writings of Stephen Covey.
